There is no fixed timeline to fill a job role.
Most technical placements take between 2–6 weeks depending on complexity, skill scarcity, and availability for interview. Critical or niche roles may take longer, while more common positions may be filled sooner. Periods of the year such as summer vacations and Christmas can effect the outcome.
Also plan at a senior level for a longer notice period which can impact start dates.

Direct advertising, whether through Indeed, LinkedIn Jobs, or other platforms, rarely delivers the depth or quality of applicant. In a candidate-short market, success relies on knowing where to find the right talent and how to engage them effectively. This puts us in a strong position to complement your internal Talent Acquisition or Human Resource team. We only put forward candidates who meet your requirements and have the skills to succeed.
We will check for right-to-work, qualifications and work history.
We will never submit a candidate to you without their consent and operate with strict data-handling standards and comply with GDPR.
As we work with many companies, each with different HR policies, final permanent staff checks are the responsibility of the hiring company, as we could not meet every clients requirements. For the avoidance of doubt, credit checks, criminal background checks and similar are not carried out by Senex Recruitment.
