We’ve kept the process simple, all you need to do is email the consultant. There is no Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Additionally, we do offer the option to register with Senex Recruitment if there is no suitable role currently available. We will start a proactive search on your behalf. Again, your information goes directly to a consultant who will personally set up your registration.

Still have doubts, call the consultancy and ask to speak to the recruiter in person always enquire about their sector experience, who they have successfully worked with and what candidate support they can offer. If you’re happy to make your job search known, it’s worth asking colleagues or people in your field whether they’ve worked with the recruiter before or if they can recommend one.
An honest recruiter won’t ask a candidate to pay fees and will provide clear job role details and guidance, demonstrating integrity and a genuine interest in your job search. Additionally they will listen to your goals, match you to suitable roles, have ideas to optimise your opportunities such as discussing proactive work they can do on your behalf.
