Key Duties & Accountabilities

Repair, maintain, troubleshoot, approve, and modify new and existing tooling.
Adhere to Health & Safety regulations, department procedures, and company policies.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the tooling department.
Maintain and update essential documentation.
Collaborate as part of a team to meet delivery, quality, and efficiency targets.
Skilfully repair and maintain injection moulding tools to precise tolerances.
Design, craft, and repair special purpose tools.

Required Experience & Competencies

Time-served with a robust background in toolmaking within the injection moulding industry.
Proficiency with all toolmaking machinery is crucial.
Solid bench hand skills to enhance your craftsmanship.
Comfortable interpreting detailed drawings with confidence.
Familiarity with CNC Milling/Spark systems is beneficial, though not mandatory.
