A Field Service Engineer based near Rochester, Kent but able to travel across UK and Ireland is required for this exciting job posting. Are you ready to step into an exciting role with a leading name in industrial processing and packaging machinery? We are seeking a Multi-Skilled Electrical Bias Field Service Engineer to join a dynamic Engineering, Service and Maintenance team. You’ll play a pivotal role in installing, maintaining, and servicing a specialist range of machinery.
Role Highlights
Join our successful team to work on a range of tasks, from servicing and installing industrial machinery to diagnosing and repairing faults. You’ll build strong client relationships, train machinery operators, and ensure top-notch health and safety standards.
Key responsibilities of a Multi-Skilled Electrical Biased Field Service Engineer include
• Servicing and installing of a specialist range of industrial machinery
• Fault Diagnosing and repair (electrical and mechanical)
• Troubleshooting known and unknown issues related to breakdown
• Building and maintaining a strong relationship with clients
• Training machinery operators
• Always Maintaining a high level of health and safety
To succeed in this role, a sound electrical knowledge and direct experience with servicing of machinery and equipment are key. Excellent communication skills, a strong mechanical aptitude, and a willingness to travel throughout the UK, Ireland, and occasionally overseas are essential.
