A Compliance Engineer is required for a job posting at a leading engineering and manufacturing company based in Snodland, Kent.
Your role will be to lead, prepare and host the delivery of the customer education and training sessions for product installations.
You will also work on compliance issues within the business, resolving customer queries, and work with the Production and Quality teams to ensure to improve process controls.
This newly created role will suit an Engineer with experience of delivering technical training programs. Who recognises and champions the role of compliance both internally and with external clients.
- Prepare, host, and lead the delivery of internal installer training programs. For both internal staff and external customers
- To prepare, host and support the delivery of third part installer schemes when they are being delivered by an independent trainer.
- Support the Compliance Manager and Product Manager in creating and updating new training initiatives.
- Be responsible for arranging and preparing training material.
- Work with the Technical Support team to assist with customer enquiries working towards being the single point of contact on compliance issues
- Take the lead on the Factory Process Control (FPC) and work with the Production and Quality teams to maintain FPC compliance.
- To support all business functions with day-to-day compliance matters.
Able to present to groups of mixed size and deliver training programs you will be a HNC /HND / Degree qualified Engineer / Science Graduate. You will be invested in Safety, Product Compliance and Quality and take pride in helping the business achieve its goals in this area. You will be able to make technical and compliance issues relatable for all clients. Taking ownership of engaging training programs and their delivery.
The company is open on the subject of qualification and background, although experience in products used in Building or Civil Engineer could be of benefit. You will be able to work in a regulated sector and keep up to date with changing regulatory frameworks.
